I've stumbled across another of my cousins who apparently blogs. He also lives in SoCal. Thus far it seems that all four of my cousins who I know blog live in SoCal. Must be something in the water. As far as I know, I'm the only one of my cousins out here in the East that maintains a blog of any sort. Or maybe it's an age thing. Or maybe it's because some of them are married now.
In any case, I've found a interesting little project to work on in order to improve my writing, and especially my art skills. It's fairly ambitious, but at the same time it's safe and I won't risk spoiling my own personal ideas that I want to work on (due to my as of yet unpolished skill in comic/cartoon making). The funny thing is, it's not what I personally would have picked, but it's like ... a sign from God or something. I could try to explain the whole unusual series of events that caused me to come up with this idea, but I'll save that explanation for the day when I actually post my first rough page up here..

I'm sure once I post that first page, I'll have a lot of explaining to do anyhow.
Don't worry, it's nothing bad.
